An air conveyor is an automated transport system designed to move empty PET bottles using high-speed airflow. Widely used in bottled water, carbonated drinks, and juice production lines, it suspends bottles by their necks on rails, allowing them to glide smoothly towards the filling machine without physical contact.
Compared to traditional belt conveyors, air conveyors offer faster speeds, lower wear and tear, and cleaner operation, making them ideal for lightweight bottles and high-speed bottling lines. For hygienic or aseptic environments, the system can be upgraded with air filtration to meet cleanroom or cold-filling standards.

The bule neck guide has an original recipe to make it the material with the lowest friction in the market, having minimum contact with the bottles and a smoother transportation along the Air Conveyor. The neck guide has proven to increase efficiency as much as 20% by lowering energy consumption, decreasing bottle jams, and speeding up the change over times during maintenance.
