2. Exquisite Syrup Preparation System
Syrup is the heart of any carbonated drink. To achieve premium quality, we start with selecting the finest natural sugars. Our process meticulously controls every step, from sugar dissolution, which involves sterilization of the tank, to using precisely 50-55°C hot water ensuring the syrup's soluble solid meets the ideal 45-65 brix. Once achieved, a double filter removes impurities, and a specialized sterilizer applies heat treatment at 90-95 degrees, resulting in exceptional syrup ready for beverage production.
3. Precision Carbonation Mixer
The carbonation mixing tank is a marvel of engineering, ensuring the perfect blend of carbon dioxide and water. Prior to introduction, CO2 is purified through potassium permanganate and activated carbon towers. The pure CO2 then merges with chilled 4°C water, followed by an exquisite blend with cooled syrup in a static mixer, thanks to a plate heat exchanger. The result: sublime carbonated drinks.
The mixer system boasts a degreenery pre-carbonization tank, syrup tank, liquid level gauge, and a static mixer storage tank, all managed by an advanced electrical control system. Stainless steel 304 craftsmanship, inside and out polished to meet international food hygiene standards. Fully automated with an alarm system, the pressure and liquid levels auto-adjust while a sophisticated PLC controls the operation. With precise raw material dosage settings, it ensures perfect mix precision close to 5% using a state-of-the-art static mixer.
4. Advanced Carbonated Drinks Filling Machine
Our isobar filling machine, engineered for minimal CO2 loss, is perfect for carbonated beverages, beer, sparkling wine, and more, operating at a filling pressure below 0.3mpa. The gentle filling valve ensures that every drop retains its fizz.
6. Dynamic Carbonated Drinks Warming Machine
Post-filling, our spray-type warming tunnel elevates the temperature of your chilled carbonated drinks from 3-5°C to a cozy 20-35°C, readying them for shrink or carton packing. Bottles or cans are gently kissed by warm water spray, ensuring perfect packaging temperature.
