1.Water treatment
Water treatment is equipped for pure water, mineral water, and water used in beverage drink. It contains RO, natrium filter, ultra filter, activated carbon filter, ion exchanger, ozone processor etc.
2.Juice Making System

3.CIP System
CIP cleaning system is a cleaning system that can clean the production line without dismantling the equipment. It circulates cleaning liquid through airtight pipes, and uses chemical energy, thermal energy and mechanical energy to remove dirt on the inner surface of the equipment. It is widely used in food and beverage production enterprises with a high degree of mechanization such as beverages, dairy products, fruit juices, jams, and alcohols.
4.Filling Machine
The machine is combined with rinsing, filling and capping, which special designed for PET bottled. It is stable characteristic, advanced technology, nice appearance and complete function.
5.Cooling tunnel
The cooling tunnel is mainly used in Beverage and Juice production line,after filling and capping, the beverage is conveyed by the conveyor belt into the sterilization section in turn for high-temperature hot water spray sterilization, the pre-cooling section is cooled by spraying warm water, the cooling section is cooled by low-temperature spray water, and finally soft water is sprayed from the top stainless steel nozzle for cleaning.
5.Filled Bottle Conveyor System
At the back end of a modern bottled water production facility, a packaging conveyor line is designed to seamlessly integrate the various finishing processes. This automated system efficiently transports bottles through the stages of inspection, labeling, capping and wrapping.
