Technical Features:
Drive System: The main motor, star wheel, cutter, vacuum drum, glue applicator roller, and label reels are each powered by independent servo motors coupled with planetary gear reducers. This setup, coordinated by a high-performance motion controller, ensures minimal mechanical transmission, simplifying maintenance and enhancing precision.
Vacuum Drum: The vacuum drum's suction blocks are coated with a high-hardness, non-stick adhesive, ensuring durability and resistance to glue buildup.
Glue Application: The glue applicator roller employs an intaglio (reverse) inking method, resulting in low adhesive consumption. Notably, 1 kilogram of glue can label 120,000 pieces of 45mm labels.
Label Alignment: Standard equipment includes a label alignment system from Leimer EL, ensuring precise label positioning.
Label Reels: Two label reels are standard, each equipped with automatic tension laser sensors and ultrasonic sensors to measure reel diameter, facilitating automatic label changeovers.
Rotary Cutter (TNR800 Model): The TNR800 model features a rotary cutter with a blade lifespan of up to 100 million labels. Replacing the cutter blade takes approximately one minute, minimizing downtime.
Flexible Vacuum Drum Configuration (TNR800 Model): The TNR800 model allows for configurations with 2, 4, or 6-position vacuum drums. This flexibility enables efficient operation with both high-speed filling of 750ml bottles and slower filling of 2L bottles, accommodating various bottle types with a single machine.
Speed Adjustment with Vacuum Drum Configuration (TNR700 Model): Utilizing a 3-position vacuum drum on the TNR700 model may reduce the machine's rated speed.
